Data Synthesis

For this step, the team will synthesize interview responses into trends.  This can be done in several ways, such as adding quotes from the transcribed interviews on post-it notes and grouping similar responses. The frequency of similar responses will help indicate a trend’s degree of importance. A higher frequency often indicates a stronger need, or larger trend.
